Verified Renter Neighbors are nice . Area is quite. Apartment is awesome. My puppy loves the dog park. My daughter likes the play ground very much. She liked it much more whe6the playground was remodeled. I would recommend Patriot Point to everyone.

Verified Renter Good environment quiet neighborhood, Pool in the summer for the kids to enjoy. Park for kids to play, enough room to run around. Dog park is awesome too. The gym remodeled is a great perk. Friendly staff.

Verified Renter Honestly the staff is really amazing and made moving very simple and fast.. The 3 star is really based off the bad smell in my apartment that I cant get rid of since i moved in. Kids in the neighborhood play knock knock run too much. And there is always dog poop by my front door although i don't have any pets.. For Its price range i would expect better for sure.
