Recommendedfrom the get go very helpful on information. they came and fertilized the lawn but held off on spraying for ticks and mosquitos because it was windy. they came the following day to spray. very curious and gave specific instructions. very personable
I also have to question their actually being effective in their spray. I also called many times, during, business hours to never be able to reach anyone or get a call back. Sprayed for mice in Feb, said they would come back, never did. I called in Spring when I saw another mouse and again Summer and they never called back or came. I called now, knowing my contract ends in two weeks for hornets and spraying and was told I have to renew for them to come out. The annual pest plan is a fantastic service. Patriot Pest is reliable and always does an excellent job!
Buyer beware with this company. Not only can you never get anybody on the phone but went after I cancelled my services with them they showed up and did another service after I moved from the home in question. We received a bill from our new address and promptly called them and explain to them that we had already cancelled our service and you guys did an application anyway the response was well I'll have to get in touch with you after I speak to the owner and if there is an issue we will call you back. Horrible customer service! They try to scam people out of money by continuing to service households after they have canceled their contract and if you don't pay they send you to collections even though it's their own fault for not canceling the service when told to!!!! After dealing with a receptionist with a lot of attitude I asked to speak to the manager or owner and was told "well it's my father so you're knocking to get anywhere with him" and he never called.
