I had a great experience with this company. I contacted Patriot Appliance Repair to work on my dryer, Paul was polite and he truly worked hard to get the job done the same day. He arrived on time and explained very thoroughly to me the whole problem with the washer. I was so thankful not only for his services, but for the explanation and what needed to get done. Mostly I appreciate how up front Paul was about pricing, no surprises! I am glad to leave Patriot Appliance Repair reviews and use them again when needed.
I am sometimes skeptical of online reviews, but since Patriot had the highest rating I chose them. I couldn't be happier with my choice. They answered my call right away; David arrived within 2 hours of my call; fixed the KitchenAid dishwasher problem quickly and efficiently; and carefully inspected the LG clothes washer to come up a working theory as to the cause of the problems I was having. This is the kind of company I was looking for in Cedar Park. I called one day to get a washing machine repaired. He looked up the part number and instead of coming out to fix it and charging $65 just to look at it, he asked me a series of questions and then told me he could come look at it and charge me $65 or believe him when he said the issue could NOT be fixed. THEN he even gave me a run down on the best machines for the money and some lessons on what to look for in a washing machine. THANKS Patriot!!!
