We've been using patriot appliance for a few years now. Paul and his crew are about as good as it gets. I contacted them Friday about a broker dryer and they fixed it Saturday morning. We will definitely use them again.
Richard figured out our dryer's issues immediately and clearly explained the issue. He had the part on his truck and was able to fix and test the dryer in very little time. He was professional and courteous. Thank you Patriot Appliance!
Patriot Appliance is our go to for appliance repair. Paul is always very responsive, and professional. Today, Richard serviced our clothes dryer and was courteous, professional and honest. It’s nice when you don’t stress out with an appliance issue because you have confidence in your repair service company. I definitely recommend them for anyone in the Austin area.

I called Patriot after another tech from a completely different company had messed around with our LG fridge for well over a week and still didn't have it working. Paul came out and within probably 20 minutes found the issue. He was very upfront with me when he originally called and laid out what the costs would be.
