Though my washing machine ended up being broken beyond repair (at least to the point that it made sense financially), Paul was super responsive, punctual and knowledgable. It's clear he genuinely cares about the customer experience by thoroughly explaining the given situation and recommending the best plan of action. From a business standpoint, simply put - this guy gets it - a successful business is a product of doing what's best for the customer.

I have used Patriot Appliance Repair a couple of times now. Paul always responds in a very timely manor. We live out past Lago Vista and he was here bright and early the next morning just as he promised. Paul is honest, Polite, fair, knowledgeable, and hard working. As a veteran I appreciate the service that we have received from Patriot. Other companies could take a lesson from Patriot on customer service. My dryer wouldn't heat up and after reading several Yelp and Google reviews I decided to give these guys a call. Got scheduled in for that day, was called about 20 minutes prior to arrival, and the problem was found within 5 minutes of looking at the dryer. 30 minutes later, problem solved, prices explained and Paul was on his way. 5/5, highly recommend.

We've contacted Patriot Appliance on two different occasions, once for our refrigerator and the other for our washing machine. Both times they were very responsive to our initial phone calls. The repairman came out, quickly diagnosed the problem, and had our appliances working. The Patriot Appliance staff is diligent and honest. They are a top notch company!

Our dryer broke down shortly after the warranty expired. After waiting forever for the manufacturer's recommended repair shop to get back to us, we checked around online and found Patriot Appliance Repair. Called around 9:30 am and he was there that same evening. Polite, honest and professional, Paul took the time to show me exactly what had happened and how to take the dryer apart in case I wanted to try it DIY for next time. Customer service the way it should be: these guys are now our go-to for any appliance repair.

7/1/15 UPDATE AFTER PHONE CALL WITH PAUL THE OWNER PAUL IS DISGUSTINGLY RUDE!!!! I called Paul after speaking with my boss at my job and learned that Paul was at his house yesterday for the same issue my wife and I had on our freezer. My boss explained that Paul was late to his appointment as well. Although Paul arrived late to the appointment, Paul was able to use a steamer on the coils of the freezer to melt the ice from the coils rather than requiring the refrigerator to b...Continue Reading

My dryer broke and after finding this company I made a call. The gentlemen came out the same day, gave me an honest answer with telling me it would be cheaper to buy a new one vs fixing this one, and then didn't even charge me for the visit. I will be calling this company again for any appliance needs!

This is the most amazing appliance repair business....polite, clean, prepared, priced right! Called Monday, owner answered phone himself, I told him my dryer issue, he came first thing Tuesday morning, diagnosed problem, had the part, quoted a reasonable price, repaired my dryer right then! I'm a happy customer!
