Let me start by saying, Richard was great! On time, diagnosed the issue, made the repair and was extremely professional. Paul, on the other hand, gave me a quote he did without any research of part costs and was totally off and then changed the price on me. He did not honor the original estimate. Word of caution before you commit to a repair - Make sure Paul has priced it out correctly ahead of time. Based on discussions with others, this happens often.
I have used Patriot twice for ice maker and oven. Paul and his tech Richard were prompt in scheduling appointment. Richard was prompt in arriving and diagnosing problem. my most recent fix was for Whirlpool gas oven. repaired within minutes. Richard was very nice and knowledgeable and got the job done. will definitely use again for future repair needs.
