I have never had such poor office help and non caring phone etiquette. I surely pray they aren’t having to see this type of doctor in their future and have to deal with untrained non caring staff such as I’ve received every phone call. I’d suggest this to be looked into I really have a sour taste in my mouth from dealing with these ladies. Good doctors should have good help it reflects on him. Dr Koo is great through, explains well and goes over your test. Very kind doctor with great bed side manner. He will impress you.
