Everyone on the team was welcoming, friendly, caring. The doctor treated me like I was his only patient of the day and spent appropriate time listening. He gave me good advice and carefully explained his diagnosis. I would recommend this team and physician to anyone.

Listens carefully and discusses all options as well as surgery issues. I had severe bunion and midfoot arthritis. I had a somewhat crippled foot and could not walk beyond our home. After seeing discouraging doctors at Mass General, we saw that Dr. O,Neill truly cares about his patients and he helped set our expectations. Very easy to talk to and great personality, not to mention extraordinary credentials! Very happy with my foot surgery results!
