He was thorough, attentive, professional, listened to what I was saying, gave suggestions for relief of pain, gave options, left with cortisone shot, he explained it would be uncomfortable and he did a fantastic job, talking to me to distract the pain I hope to be walking daily 4 miles again, and pickleball!

Dr. O'Neill is exactly what you hope for in a doctor. He's knowledgeable, patient, honest and genuinely caring. He also doesn't rush to invasive procedures like surgery unless it's absolutely necessary. Not every ortho doctor is like that so trust me, that's a big plus. I highly recommend him if you need a great orthopedic surgeon in the Sarasota area.
Working with Dr ONeill to repair my Achilles tendon rupture, I felt confident that he and his team did everything to make my surgery and recovery a positive experience. I would recommend them highly.
