Listens carefully and discusses all options as well as surgery issues. I had severe bunion and midfoot arthritis. I had a somewhat crippled foot and could not walk beyond our home. After seeing discouraging doctors at Mass General, we saw that Dr. O,Neill truly cares about his patients and he helped set our expectations.
