I have been trying to get the dealership to followup with me regarding an issue with a car I purchased in June of last year. Extremely unprofessional, put a down payment on a vehicle via phone. The associate, " Joe", was using a personal device in which to send and receive customer information. The device is not a company issued phone, nor is encrypted. After taking my credit card information on a Monday, he maintained contact with myself and another family member and said everything was ok.
