5 visits in 1.5 months after trying to get info for how long was going to be there I was given the runaround and when I finally called for the 5th time and got voicemail I blew up and used profanity! the car was running fine when I dropped it off when I picked it up car died after 15 feet! they made me get it towed ! tow truck driver that picked up my car stated that kias and hyandais were a big part of his business !wouldn't recommend any kind of service from the scam service department! I want to start off by saying that Im more ****** off at me than anyone else for not catching the dishonesty that I eventually discovered. Its more my fault; I know that even writing this it will not solve anything other than giving the heads up to other car buyers.I ended choosing Hyundai because of the warranty and Ive heard good things about their cars. Design of car, pencil size hole by cup holder. Electrical part of the car is not sealed. Designed is backward. How is that you cant have accidents without costing thousands of dollars

Patrick Hyundai in Schaumburg ** sold me a complete lemon! The vehicle I purchased has a bad engine which had a recall at one time, which supposedly is now a lifetime warranty on the engine wish me luck with that! This vehicle is a ******** 2.0 turbo. They did not disclose the information So now Im stuck with a bad engine! The vehicle has been using an unbelievable amount of oil since I purchased it!!It also had a film on the rear bumper and windshield! BAIT and SWITCH! I found a vehicle online at Patrick Hyundai. I called this morning to confirm the vehicle was in stock and CONFIRM the price. I spoke with ******* who confirmed the price over the phone and made me an appointment for that same day. My husband left work early, I picked up my daughter from school, and drove 45 minutes to my appointment. Patrick Hyundai will hound you relentlessly to get you to sell your used car. But when you call with a question for service, no one bothers to call back. *** left messages with a live person and on a voicemail, yet never received a call back. So, they care about their potential customers, but once you are one they forget you exist.

I had my truck at their service center for 8 months waiting on an engine. I finally picked my truck up 10/6/22. I took my truck back to them on 10/7/22 with several issues. The engine cover was cracked in two different places, my breaks were grinding, someone tried to pry into my front passenger door, right fender damage, car was filthy from sitting for 8 months and underneath my hood had oil and antifreeze spilled and not cleaned up.
