They double dealed AFTER SIGNING AND TAKING A DEPOSIT.I went to the dealer and sincerely negotiated a price for a car. We agreed to the price of the car and the trade in, SIGNED A CONTRACT AND EVEN PUT DOWN A DEPOSIT. They had to have the car prepped and inspected, so a few days later I was on my way to trade the cars and finish the paperwork and THEY THEN CALL ME BACK AND CHANGE THE ***** OF THE DEAL BY $6,000!!! Brought my vehicle in for 2nd oil change and inspection of **** warning. My consultant ********************* did a thorough job of explaining to me the likely cause of the malfunction, as well as the financial ramifications if I decided to have the **** inspected. This made my decision to decline the service a fully informed one. Worst dealership I have ever been to, I repeat worst dealership I have ever been to. Not only will they not listen to you, but they chose to disrespect you when you disagree with them. If GUS ***** is your service advisor ask for another one immediately because he charged us for something we didn't ask him to fix and wouldn't fix the issue that we brought up. I have been trying to get the dealership to followup with me regarding an issue with a car I purchased in June of last year. My fiance went into the dealership and the manager she spoke with was rude and condescending. I tried to follow up with the sales person I bought the car from and he has stopped responding. Extremely unprofessional, put a down payment on a vehicle via phone. The associate, " Joe", was using a personal device in which to send and receive customer information. The device is not a company issued phone, nor is encrypted. After taking my credit card information on a Monday, he maintained contact with myself and another family member and said everything was ok.
