I have been coming to this dentist office for a few years now and I have had excellent experience with the staff and the dr. They do what’s necessary, never tried to upcharge me with unnecessary procedures which is much appreciated. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
Very caring dentist and staff. Got me in next day with a dental emergency with zero wait time. I am so very thankful to everyone there, I wish I found them all years ago and I probably wouldn't have the anxiety I do have towards dental procedures. Dr. Ferry explained everything and all my options thoroughly and was very caring. So glad I was recommended by coworkers to come here!! Everything you all do, keep doing it!!
My husband and I were attending Dr. Ferry’s practice for over 5 years. Just lately Dr. Ferry misdiagnosed my husband and I which resulted in extractions and root canals for both of us. I called and told them not to send my restoration to the lab to have the crown made because I was going to have a root canal and it wasn’t sure if the tooth would survive. Had a chipped tooth and have not been to a dentist for about 15 years. Dr. Fellner was in my dental plan so I thought I would give him a try since my mouth was in pain. He was friendly and explained what was going on inside my mouth and took care of the problem. I am now going to make him my primary dentist.
The staff was amazing! Racquel and Angie were pleasant, polite, & professional. They made accommodations and considerations for me that made all the difference in my appointments. Dr. Fellner made sure I was well informed and pleased with his work. Excellent!
Our family members are long time patients because of the caring staff. They have always been willing to explain options for procedures and payment.

Dr. Alford is great!!! Professional, knowledgeable and approachable. Her staff is friendly and helpful and the office is beautiful, clean and located in the center of windermere. AAAA++++. Great Visit!!!
