Excellent dentist using the latest dental techniques. Everyone is fantastic at the clinic. Best dental experience I have ever had! Very good with my kids as well!
I agree with all of the previous postive comments. In addition to being an excellent dentist, with a terrific personality, Dr. Rothwell is not greedy. She never attempts to persuade you to get treatments that aren't necessary. I appreciate this.
The office staff is professional and friendly, the techs are wonderful and the environment is bright and relaxing...wonderful experiences for over 6 years.
I have been seeing Dr. Rothwell for over 25 years. She is the best! My son sees her now as well, and I always recommend her to anyone who needs a dentist.
The staff is very friendly and always does an efficient job. Sometimes the lobby wait is a little long (even when on time to the appointment).
I went to Dr. Rothwells office for about five years, and overall, I was fairly happy with the service, with one exception, which I will discuss below. A couple of points - it is a fairly large and busy office, so most of the service I had was done by dental assistants. Teeth cleanings were done very well, and Dr. Rothwell was always available to come in and review what they found. I've only been once and just for a cleaning but everyone in Dr. Rothwell's offices was extremely friendly and my dental hygienist, Stacy, was superb- very gentle and had a great personality. The office is well staffed and they have excellent equipment with TVs above every chair to help distract you during procedures. My brief time with Dr. Rothwell was pleasant and she answered all my questions well.
Dr. Rothwell runs a very professional office. Her staff is friendly and efficient. The care is excellent, but it is a fast-paced office, so it may not be as relaxing as some. The facitlities are first-class, but not remarkable in any way. The location can be a bit of a challenge traffic-wise, depending on how far you have to travel.
Dr. Rothwell is awesome! I have been going to her for almost 10 yrs and I do not have one single complaint. Her staff are great, and she is superb! I recently took my 6 yr. old son in to see her and she was great with him as well! A big 10 if you ask me!
