I do not recommend this jeweler for any type of repair. My wedding ring was repaired in July 2017 and within a month the “gold” they used in the repair began chipping away. Their resolution was to charge me for the repair again or sell me a replacement ring, of course, but who wants that? Shoddy, questionable workmanship and even worse customer service. Buyer beware: They do not warranty their work. This long-time customer will go elsewhere and I recommend you do too. Disappointed.

Amazing. Holly, Tony and the whole team made the wedding and engagement ring-buying experience so great. Holly designed something custom and knew exactly what I wanted after meeting just once, she's a real pro! After looking at some other places in Indy, nothing compares to the service, design talent, and pricing of Patora.

After looking at literally 10 other jewelry stores and not finding any wedding rings I liked in my price range, I found rings I liked at Patora for both my wife and myself. They had a great selection, and their staff were friendly and helpful without being pushy or annoying. I would definitely shop here again.
17 years ago we got our wedding rings here and today my husband surprised me by adding additional bands. Stunningly beautiful! Thank you Tony
