Mr. Patino was very timely with his return call to discuss the project. He also answered all of our questions as well as provided additional information when asked. He completed the project 2 days later only and not the next day only because we weren't ready to begin. He even reminded me that they'd need to finish quickly because of impending rain. He was very courteous as well was his crew.
