My problem was that a tree fell on my house and punched several holes through the roof. Within 5 minutes of my online request Patino called me, he was at my house in about an hour, he did a rough fix with some old shingles to prevent rain from coming in and the crew came out the next day - repair was quick and done right. $700 (ouch) but worth it because it was done so quickly and no rain damage to my house. They called us as soon as they saw our inquiry on your site. I like their proactive approach. They were also very prompt to come by to give an estimate and explain the work to be done (replacing the flashing around the vent pipes which were cracked. Water was getting into the attic). They completed the repair quickly and professionally.
They arrived on time, Chris Holland kept me informed on progress and always ask if I had any questions. Work was done quickly and clean up was very good. Extreme heat and rain storm made them run over on time estimate. Detail crew that finished installing soffit vents were fantastic! Hard working bunch of guys.
Were able to complete roof install in one day. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Great job on clean up also.
