From start to finish Mr. Patino and his crews were professional, responsive, and committed to their work on my house. I pressed them on several things that I wanted done differently or in addition to their original bid, and they accomodated me at every step in a timely fashion, and in the end stuck to their original price. I cannot say enough good things about this company.

We had a broken roof shingle during a rain storm which was dripping water onto a bed! Mr. Patino came as soon as possible the next morning and the leak was repaired that day. His fee was very reasonable. We really appreciate his speedy response and immediate evaluation of the situation.

Hired to re-roof a modest ranch-style home with simple roof line. Professional, knowledgeable, and courteous representatives and skilled trades staff. Efficient, fast. We had some minor cleanup to do even after Patino (owner) came by the next day, mostly with some clear, glisten strips all around the house (1"x3", caught the sunlight as they lay in the grass, much like a shiny gum wrapper might), and parts of old shingles sitting on 2nd-story window ledges. This company was excellent and very reasonably priced. Patino did several jobs for me. The main one was replacing my roof. His guys worked non-stop, except for a quick lunch and returned to finish the job in a day. They were careful to cover and protect landscaping and cleaned up after the tasks were completed. I had some inside ceiling problems that no one had been able to figure out how to fix, but Patino came in, knew right off what to do and did a great job. These guys are fantastic! They came in about $1000 less than the 'other' guy, made recommendations that I didn't think of and did the work so efficiently and professionally. I'll definitely use them again.
