There was only one employee working, and she was visibly stressed, disrespectful, and hostile. While I understand that understaffing is stressful, taking it out on patients is completely unacceptable. Despite seeing that I had already had blood drawn from my right arm, she insisted on attempting a draw from my right hand. Knowing that vein was poor and would be painful, I requested that she use my left arm instead and pointed out a better vein (I have phlebotomy experience). I had a great experience here today. Went to see my neurologist who is 2 doors down and he sent me here for blood work. I did not have an appt so I just walked in. I was the only person there other than the front desk lady. The lady in the front desk took my paperwork, confirmed my name, and she had a question about the paperwork and she explained that she needs to ask my neurologist, so she went over to the neurologist’s office and in a few mins, someone from that office came and gave her an answer. I had a confirmed scheduled appointment at 5:45PM. No one in. I even got there by 5:15pm and waited until 6PM. Why accept appointments and then not be there. Don’t waste your time. They don’t value other’s time.
