I had a great experience here today. Went to see my neurologist who is 2 doors down and he sent me here for blood work. I did not have an appt so I just walked in. I was the only person there other than the front desk lady. The lady in the front desk took my paperwork, confirmed my name, and she had a question about the paperwork and she explained that she needs to ask my neurologist, so she went over to the neurologist’s office and in a few mins, someone from that office came and gave her an answer. Not good not good
I had a confirmed scheduled appointment at 5:45PM. No one in. I even got there by 5:15pm and waited until 6PM. Why accept appointments and then not be there. Don’t waste your time. They don’t value other’s time.
I’ve been getting regular blood work done for the past five years after falling seriously ill, and finding a good lab has always been a challenge until now. This bioreference lab is clean, comfortable, and maintains a pleasant temperature. It’s also easily accessible, and the security staff at the entrance are welcoming and happy to help. Horrible experience here. They are such a scam. They did not use the code that my clinic sent to them and charge me for it. H I can’t believe that they didn’t change code to claim from the insurance company and sent me to the debt collector.
