I won’t come back to this office anymore. The two clerks knew nothing about the procedure and didn’t follow the instructions on the test kit. They treated me very badly. After drinking the water, they requested me to bring the empty cups to home. That is ridiculous.

I had a very disappointing experience here due to the extremely unprofessional behavior of the front desk lady. Her tone was rude, dismissive, and completely lacking in basic courtesy. I was simply trying to ask a question, but she acted as if I was bothering her — showing zero patience and absolutely no willingness to help. The front desk is the first point of contact and should reflect the professionalism of the entire establishment. This was my first time visiting here. The ladies at the front desk were gossiping instead of assisting me. The older woman with glasses had a very unpleasant attitude.

Stay away. Employees have attitude problem, talking loudly over me on the phone. Unhelpful, all they want to do is shirk responsibility to the billing dept, and billing dept wanna throw the ball back to physical site. Things run counterproductive and counterintuitive, and they are not upfront. I don’t appreciate how hard it is to work with with them. Employees need better training because they behave like savages. Wish my doctors would stop referring me to this disgusting place. Anybody know of alternatives?

Terrible front desk woman! So mean to the elderly. Do you have parents? My mom did blood work weeks ago and specialist never received the result. Family doctor wanted to know the name of this clinic to contact it for the result, yet the front desk woman refused to share the name of the clinic when my mom went there in person. Back and forth for several times. Both my mom and the front desk woman speaks the same language, but my mom does not speak English so she does not know the name of the clinic.
