Very disappointing, Need professional staff for this place specially the Indian lady doing nothing just showing attitude with make up on her face. She is totally useless, doing her personal things on the job place. The way she talk is disgusting, very unprofessional with no ethics. I meet her 2 times at the center, one day she is sleeping and putting her feet on the front desk and other day, she is cleaning her phone and passing her useless comments for the patients. 大家避雷，全法拉盛最烂的一家抽血中心，没有之一，员工既没有经验又粗鲁，态度及其恶劣，来这家抽血会后悔，特别是有孩子的家长注意。
从来没见过这么差的验血地方，自己经验不足，不去进修，抽不出血，跟他说了抽不出来，在手背抽，孩子痛到嘴巴在发抖，痛苦到表情扭曲居然还吼孩子 Don’t do that！！要经理电话给了个打不通的电话，超级粗鲁！！对孩子都这样可想而知了😡😡😡😡

This place is fast for drawing blood and the results come back quickly, which is very convenient. I’ve visited a few times and overall the service has been okay. However, there was one visit where the technician drew my blood and it was a bit painful. Besides that, everything is generally efficient and quick.
