I was treated very nice by everyone however, the Dr. made me feel like I was a bother. Better bedside manner would have been nice.
Very positive experience. The doctor performed all necessary tests. Prescribed medications that are actually working and making me much more comfortable while suffering through the flu. Thank you.
Took my daughter there yesterday due to a fever that wouldn't break. We were called back within 15 minutes . They took her vitals, and ran the rapid tests for strep and the flu , and then placed us in room. The dr came in very shortly after, and already had the results of the tests. We were given the prescriptions for her illness, and sent home. The staff were pleasant, helpful, and worked quickly to get my daughter treated and back home to recover.
I will never recommend going to Patient First to anyone ever. I was denied medical treatment today for a supposed debt I owed them in 2003. This debt has also accrued interest that needed to be paid as well. I called their billing office and was treated like dog shit and then left to my own defenses against their collection agency. Thankfully I was able to get treatment elsewhere. I am disgusted with them and sadden that in our society someone can be denied medical assistance when they need it.
The worst service every time I come, silly me to keep coming where the service is not great. It's closer to my home and I'm always hopeful that the service will always be better than it was the previous time..I'm waiting forever and I ask the tech how long..she's like a while..what exactly is awhile!?! I'm in healthcare you can not and will not try to shut me up!!! I had to ask her to see how long..she's like a while..then she says I'm next😡😡😡😡😡
Good place to go if you are very sick. I got called to the back before I was finish checking in. Just a long wait to be seen but once I was seen I was in and out with the much needed meds. Doctor was thorough and pleasant.
