Doctors here are the worst!! They do not care about patients, just here to collect a paycheck. Boyfriend came in with a severe ear infection and you prescribed him the most expensive, non formulary drug you could prescribe and it had us running around for HOURS yesterday because not a single pharmacy carries this BRAND drug! I shouldn't have to call and harass doctors and tell them to do their job! I called and had them change it to Polymixin which is very common, always covered by insurance, and is ALWAYS in stock!! RecommendedFast professional medical care at a reasonable cost
I went there today because I have been sick for 7 days. I walked in and the wait was not long at all. All the staff was amazing. They were so nice and up beat. I didn't know they did IV Fluids there so I was glad I didnt have to go somewhere else.
My son suffered a broken nose in a soccer game. Decided to come here instead of the ER. I’ve never been a fan of patient first in the past.....but WOW! These people were all fantastic. Friendly, fast, eager to help my son in anyway. Got x rays and stitches, and Dr. had us out in less than an hour total from the time we walked in. Thank you all very much!
Went there because Target minute clinic on lunch break. No one in waiting room so signed daughter in. Daughter didn't feel good with really bad sore throat. Processed us and put us in small back room told us 10 to 15 minutes for test results. Over an HOUR later doctor came in told us it was negative (after I asked twice for results) looked at her told her take ibuprofen and gave her some cough medicine. Very well trained staff that’s works very well together.
Took my son in for a sore throat, tummy issues & weakness. This was the first time in a LONG time that we did not have to wait forever. Although when wet went in there was no one else there so they said we were next. We waited about 20 minutes to be called back even though there was NO ONE else there being seen. I believe they need to hire/ schedule more staff so that patients are not waiting a long time when no one else is being seen.
