They were all very helpful and considerate. Doctor made sure I had everything I needed before I left. So I would be on the road to recovery. Very appreciated!!
I waited in a room for one hour 30 minutes. No one came in and no one made eye contact. I was there to have stitches removed. When the doctor finally came into the room, she had zero bedside manner and was quite rude. The nurse that took care of me at the very end was wonderful. Sadly, my family and I have been going to Patient First for years, but after last night, never again. A truly horrible experience.
Great check-in....SUPER fast! Employees were VERY kind, funny and professional! Highly recommend as I will definitely revisit if needed!

My adult son went to patient first as a walk in for blood pressure check on February 15, 2016 at 0900. His blood pressure was checked once, it was in normal range and the doctor told him to follow up with his pcp. About 2 weeks later we got a bill for $171! When we called to see why it was so much, we were told $90 for a visit, $60 for after hours, $21 by Aetna for going to an urgent care.
