I was just in and out within an hour. Staff was friendly and caring! I saw P.A. Moran and she was wonderful!!! Great staff and service!
Rude, rude, rude. No compassion. No sincerity. The desk lady Roach needs an attitude adjustment. This 1 star review is just for her. Everyone else was very courteous, kind, patient, and understanding.
Check in and nursing staff are superb. Doctors not so much. Zero bedside manner, rude and uncommunicative.
They leave you in the private rooms forever. First we were told we had one patient in front of us. Then we were told there were 3. Now we have been in this room for over an hour and they are saying there are still 3 patients ahead of us. Unbelievable!!
It was very busy but Dr. Curtis Reed I believe was worth the wait he is a wonderful addition ! , He was so nice and gentle checking my daughters ears & throat he asked if he could listen to her heart ❤️ He was very POLITE! As for the wait I expect a wait when I come here actually we were lucky 🍀 it was like 20 minutes considering the rooms were full ,that's good for patients 1st !!! It's just to bad they didnt /couldn't fill her Zpac , at 848 but thankfully My Pharmacist at Giant filled it @. 855before she left at 9! So it ... read more
My wait was lesscthan 15 minutes...high five to that. Everyone that assisted me was helpful and very professional. My 1st time in this office & it was a nice experience with me being sick & just wanting to be home in my bed.
