Do NOT go here. I went in today because my ear and throat are extremely painful. The doctor (Physician’s Assistant Elisa M. Bell) merely only looked inside of my ear and my throat. She ran ZERO tests and only gave me nasal decongestants and NOTHING for the pain. Even though my nose is NOT congested at all. Now I have to go to different Urgent Care tomorrow! STAY AWAY!!!
Less than 10 people here. We have been waiting for 2 hours while the staff stands around and shares stories about previous patients. The DMV is faster.
RecommendedGreat experience. Very nice people... very organized... doctors were very thorough and good customer service. Even though there were a lot of patients everyone was calm and attentive.
I had quick service, they were all very nice and efficient I would highly recommend this place. This was about the 4 the time I've been there and I've never had any problems.
Tested me for flu immediately... My wait time wasn't too bad considering half of the county seems to be ill right now... Dr didn't push drugs on me or order any unnecessary tests... very kind staff and for me I appreciate a Dr that doesn't push an antibiotic or anything else for that matter on every illness they see... I highly recommend Patient First and I thank them for helping me get well !
My 2nd time I've been there. Excellent service and very friendly staff
