waited 2 1/2 hours and all the doctor did was listen to my chest. been coughing up Green stuff. This isn't the 1st time. In December I had chest trays and they said I dinner have anything then 2 days later I get a phone call..oops sorry we found something in your xray. need to come back for antibiotics.
go to you own doctor or ER don't owe them money that will not see you and expect to collect full amount not even offer a settlement 20 year old bill and don't even remember going there
I read alot of negative remarks mostly ones where u should have gone to the hospital not patient first...my experience has always been a good one.they are my PCP and besides having to wait sometimes depending on when I go it's a very attentive and friendly place to go...I went in today for follow-up bloodwork but unfortunately it looks like everyone in Va beach is sick so I'll go during the week...The doctors schedules are all listed on the website so I always know he's there....I am very satisfied with their services..
the worse, they wont treat a 5 yr old who had a fever of 104.4 all because of a balance... that goes to show what y'all are really for and it not to help people
I would like to thank the brilliant staff at Patient First on Indian River. I came in on Wednesday with a gnarly cut on my right eye and they took care of me expeditiously and courteously. The Dr, who’s name I can’t remember because I was in so much pain was understanding and quick to assist me. Thank you all!
I took my daughter in because her asthma was flaring up, I was checked in & my billing information was taken within the first five minutes of walking through the door. We waited for two hours in a room and I asked a nurse if we could at least have a breathing treatment for my daughter but that had to be ordered by a doctor, I informed the nurse we had been waiting for 2 hours and her coughing was getting worse but to no avail...
