Dr. Powell was excellent and thorough. It was very expensive as we have insurance and a $3,000 deductible so all was out of pocket. That is not the fault of Patient First however.
Service was outstanding. Momma got sick leaving Laramie WY last Friday getting worse each day. I brought her here after arriving and the said she had a bad case of the flu. They gave her an IV to get fluids in her and pain meds. She's still rough. She got a shower today and I took her out when I went to the store. That's all she could do. She's back in bed resting.
I went in at 11:30 am to see seen for a sinus infection...i was out, meds in hand, by 12:05 pm. Everyone was super nice and the place was run very efficient. I went here as it was a Sunday and my regular doctor was closed. This is a great clinic!!
Insurance coding policy they have is terrible. I have been responsible for several invoices that were not covered by insurance due to Incorrect Coding. I am furious and will never go back.
My visit on Christmas Eve visit was unexpected. Not my idea of fun. The entire process was quick, no wait. Thank you to the entire staff for a very pleasant trip.
I was made to pay before my son could be seen since when did this become the policy very disappointed. Healthcare should not be based on my ability to pay but on the needs of the patient to be served this is the second time that this has occurred and I will not be utilizing the Chester location in Virginia again
We go to Patient First a fair amount. This location has my most favorite Dr of them all, Dr Kim Clements. I love her. However, our visit yesterday, we saw Dr Lindsay. He is my 2nd favorite. So nice and kind. He was great with my 10 year old and I've seen him before for myself as well. He has a great bedside manner.
Kissing up teen agers rearends who are giggle boxes while real patients wait. They came in after us & others and are done & gone while we wait. Then my husband is left waiting till everyone who came in after us has been called back. 40 min later he is in a room. So how long to wait??????? Joke, to much yacking not enough working by the techs
