Lots of staff, long wait! Shout out to the young nurse that noticed I was experiencing chills and brought me a heated blanket.
Patient first be on that bullshit. I needed a few stitches in my leg and the doctor broke the needle in my leg and couldn't find it to get it out, so I went to St. Francis where it was found and removed in less than a minute. I recommend not going to that shit shack
Love the Doctor but the wait was long. Staff was nice
This location has all ways been fast and easy to deal with. I will drive past others to stop at this one.
Went to PF last night around 9:15 when my son's temperature was up to 102. Even though it was almost closing, everyone was friendly and we were seen immediately. My son has a fear of needles and had a serious panic attack when they tried to get blood, but everyone was very understanding. In less than 40 minutes we were in and out with a flu diagnosis and Tamiflu in hand. I'm sure we will be using their services again!
I absolutely love Dr Kim Clements at Chester Patient First! She is so very kind and caring. Not to mention, a great doctor! Staff is always vwry friendly and professional.
