They should think more of the patient's needs instead of their money. Was on hold 30 min to speak to a nurse dr wasn’t very friendly seemed like he was being bothered when I asked a ? Very very rude in my eyes nurse was rude
Took my son one night recently when he was having ear pain and liquid, yellow pus draining from his ear. I figured Patient First could handle a simple ear infection. However, the healthcare provider had the tech irrigate my son's ear and after a tiny piece of wax came out, he stated there were no signs of infection and that what we had seen draining from his ear was "partially liquified wax"?!?! He has since been seen by his pediatrician and was diagnosed with bilateral ear infections and yellow pus on both tympanic membrane... read more
What a wonderful staff. From begining to end it was a good experience. Check in was quick and I was seen moments after. Every person had a smile and friendly demeanor. The PA was so nice and understanding, I instantly felt I was in good hands. The phlebotomist and xray technician were very nice and were on top of things. my husband was surprised how quick I was in and out. I will use them in the future as my Doctor is often booked and as I found out Kroger clinic doesnt take my insurance. not what you want to hear when when ... read more
Incredible customer service this evening from the desk personnel to the medical assistant to both nurses, and X-ray technicians. They moved quickly and helped my husband who was having difficulty breathing. They offered assistance and activities to my child and even helped me get everyone back to the car when we were leaving. You all do great work and it is greatly appreciated! I know taking care of sick people is not always easy and your hard work is definitely not recognized often enough! � Thank you!!!

I went to them feeling like death warmed over and feel like they took the time and care to make sure to give me the best care they could Provide. Less than 24 hours and I am almost human again . Thanks to the staff and Dr for taking such good care of me.
