Fast service even with alot of people waiting. Only thing I would change is the temperature in the waiting area. Lol....I froze my butt off in there!!
Seriously though... Ive been here for 2.5 hours now. An hour and a half ago they were "finishing up one person and would see me next". The next update (45 minutes ago) is I have one person ahead of me and will then be seen. How does that happen? I've watched people walk into the main waiting room, they've come back and are now gone. How? Latest update, they are finishing someone up and will be in (15 minutes ago). The inefficiency of this location blows my mind.
Saved. Our. Vacation. New to Richmond from Denver and needed care fast before an illness ruined a much needed holiday. Patient First was close to home and Dr. Dietz was friendly, skilled and a delight! Like the MASH 4077th..."Best Care Anywhere". Thanks Dr. Dietz from the Toro family!!
