i was just sitting in the waiting room for an hour and fifteen minutes after being registered coughing with a mask on before the lady who registered me walked by and was like "wait they havent taken you back yet?" not sure why I thought this would be easier than setting up a last second appt with my pcp so I guess my bad.

There's only one doctor that I will see. If she is not there, I leave because everyone else doesn't seem to care that you're there. You'll wait hours until finally seeing a disinterested doctor who quickly pushes you out the door and back to square one.

Arrived around 1, left around 3pm, without being seen. Without any one checking on us, without anyone noticing we left. Everyone seemed more interested in each others' weekends than about any of the patients.

Was there yesterday. Was misdiagnosed with a bacterial infection and allergies. Drove to vet in carytown RIGHT AFTER and passed out on the exam room floor and an ambulance took me to MCV. Found heart issues and an upper respiratory viral infection....

I really hate patient first actually. They do things really weirdly. And even when they have more staff on then patients they are still slower then molasses. The guy processing people to be seen is so load and pretty much sharing every bodies business with the world. My previous visit i waited an hour after being put back in a room for the doctor to come see me. Let's see how long this takes me.

Absolutely awful experience. Sent my account to a collection agency after they had already been paid in full for a doctor bill. After calling to dispute it they refused to make any effort whatsoever to contact the collections agency to help get my name removed and a $41 "other charge" was being held under my name with the collections agency. Its a shame and petty that they would rather have client for 10 years share their negative experience online rather then assist them in getting a $40 phantom "other" charge waived. I off... read more

DO not go here unless you want to misdiagnosed. They almost killed me because they have no idea what a MRSA infection looks like. Harassed me for more money even after I proved to them they did not help me but only put my life in danger. Will be seeing them in court!

Very long wait to check in, then even longer to see the doctor. Look like they just had one doctor.
