The Dr. was excellent! I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I wasn't too impressed with their staff. They were decent, but they weren't very friendly or welcoming. She listened closely to everything I was telling her, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about her forgetting something or not reading my information correctly. I was very glad that my appointment went the way it did.

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question.

There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. Their staff is very friendly and professional. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though.

They are extremely reliable, and have never canceled any of my appointments. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. During my appointment, I knew that I always had their full attention. They listened to everything I said without interrupting. Dr. Pathak is warm and supportive when you first meet her and she remembers you from appointment to appointment. I was a bit leery on my first visit because the waiting room is crowded and slightly shabby-but this shows she puts her budget towards staffing and education-not a fancy office. I think this is one of the best mental health professionals I've worked with.

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Yes Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? I waited longer than I wanted to, but it wasn't terrible

Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? No. It took me several times to get through. Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Sometimes, but you have to really look

Would you recommend this provider to others? If I Had To Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified Does this psychiatrist give unbiased advice? Not really. It felt like they just cared about making money.
