Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this psychiatrist's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient Did you feel judged or criticized by this psychiatrist? Definitely not. They've always made me feel very cared for and accepted Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Yes, they answered my call right away Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Not really, but I found a spot Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Was it easy to find parking at this psychiatrist's office? Not really, but I found a spot Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen

AWFUL!!!! The doctor just writes scripts if you are an addict then maybe its a good place. Not going to get my money for nothing

Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her Does this psychiatrist give unbiased advice? Yes

Was this psychiatrist friendly? Very! The most welcoming office I've visited! Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes, they were sympathetic and caring Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Is this provider's business conveniently located? Sort of, but its pretty far away from everything Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! They were always present and attentive

I don't think they care about helping their clients save money Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Yes, they seemed like they wanted to be somewhere else Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? No, I felt confused and uneasy when I left
