The office staff was very professional. The check in and out process was very quick. The nurse was very nice and Dr. Patel was great. He took his time examining me, he answered all my questions and all of my daughters questions. I learned a lot about my health.
I became very sick and called Dr. Patel for help. I didn't go to the emergency room because I had just gotten out of the hospital several days earlier. He called me back and told me to lose weight and get some exercise. I then asked him if he wouldn't help me and he said "that's right" I got a new doctor and found out I had covid 19. A very poor excuse for a doctor.
who is this clown, i have seen this guy once, he thinks he is god, he told me he does not care about any other doctors findings, they are wrong, i already had problems with staff, the typical bad attitude and very nasty, this office has no lab or xray, oh by the way his diagnosis for me was a joke, drink more water, get exercise what are you talking about dude, it was laughable, at a minimum i need an xray to see if i have issues in my chest and blood work
He is now in Jacksonville, FL and we are blessed to have him. Dr Praful Patel is an excellent doctor. Extremely knowledgeable. Explains very complicated issues in a way the a layman can understand. His staff that I met: Giovanna and India are very good and efficient. I highly recommend him.
I'm assuming this is my pulmonologist who practices at st Vincent's in Jacksonville Florida. He's not the best doctor, but he is far from the worst. He insists we try what's best for me not what's comfortable I would recommend him to everyone.
Can never get a apt when need to be seen. Call to get a apt. And its always a month to two months alway before they can even get you in . and i have tons of lung probs and cant wait that long. And if so or if i waited i could be dead . ??
