Pat Bottary is honest & efficient, which is sadly a rarity among realtors, and business men & women in general Pat brokers for sellers, buyers, and renters of condominiums at The Brook House Condominium Complex in Brookline Village, Brookline, MA. Look her up if interested in a fine & convenient spot to live in Boston, next door to Longwood Medical Area, Harvard Medical School, & the restaurants & boutiques of Brookline Village.
Does not do the work on time. And she is not a good person to communicate. Very hot tempered and rude.
Pat is an amazing person. She went all out for my family and did everything she could to sell our place. She is the type of person you can trust and knows how to get the job done. Our renters left our place in shambles and she not only got it all taken care of she somehow sold it within 60 days. Incredible!!!!!
