Very Italian! – The menu is fresh and moderate in price, prompt service, especially during the noon hour. My personal favorite is the Tortellini Gorgonzola with a side of Bruschetta and of course an Italian Soda. The children's cheese pizza was a big hit.
The Old World at it's best – I grew up in an Italian home - my grandmamma was from the old contry. I have yet to find a restaurant on the west coast that reminds me of her cooking - Pastini's brought on a rush of childhood memories; Sitting on the stoop smelling her sauces simmer. The hadn-rolled pasta drying on her wooden rack, and grandmamma alway puttering around the kitchen - thanks for the great food and the memories!!
Zany good times! – Well folks! I'll tell you all now... should you brave the restaurant scene seeking satisfactory dinning pleasure ~ Pastini's will exceede your expectations. With a new location to hit the NW side in the not-terribly-distant-future, your bases will be covered! Make sure you check out my favorite; Fuscilli alla Roma and wash that down with a San Palegrino Aranciata (similar to carbonated orange juice) ~ great summer meal! If they could secure the parking space adjescent to their SE area... I could be a lunch... read more
