My experience at the Service Department was great! They greeted me as soon as I arrived and attended to my car needs promptly, the wait time was not as long as I thought. The atmosphere of the department is very friendly, clean and refreshing.
The pleasure of buying my first new car has turned into a nightmare. I bought a certified pre-owned Mazda3 on July 20. At closing I was offered and I bought an extended warranty with a $0 deductible. After closing, the closing agent had me sign another document to complete the warranty agreement. Later I found that warranty agreement required a $100 deductible.
