I had an awesome service experience at Passport Mazda. I was treated like Royalty from the service adviser Richard and all of people that were involved with my service. I highly recommend Passport Mazda for all of your automobile needs.
I went to this dealership for service and I was blown away by how they treat you as a customer. I was purchasing tires and was scheduled for a 8:30am appointment on the same day I had a doctor appointment. My service rep Mike had me come in at 8am and they gave me a loaner for the day no-charge to complete my errands. That's what I call CUSTOMER SERVICE!
The technicians at Passport Mazda really treat their customers splendidly. They greet you with courtesy and Listenen to what you have to say and explained to you how they will provide the service needed. The service tasks are performed expeditiously and your car is returned to you at the service department entrance door clean and ready to go. The support personnel (cashier, parts, etc are equally eager to provide you outstanding service.
I do recommend them. There was absolutely nothing about the process of buying a car that was unpleasant or hinting of underhandedness. If in the long run the car is as satisfying as the process of acquiring it, I'll be overjoyed - & I have no reason to think it won't be. So there!
My salesman, Mark was an absolute delight. He found the vehicle I wanted at a great price. Absolutely no hassle and no up selling. I had been to 5 other dealerships in the past week. All of them charge all types of fees and try to get you to buy all types of unnecessary stuff. Didn't have that problem here. The price you see is the price you pay.
