Went in for an oil change for my 2015 CX5..and end up leaving with a brand new 2017 CX5 Touring. Mr. Kim Lewis could probably sell and buy my mother and I’ll be happy about it �. Great customer service !!
Worst car buying experience in my life. Poor communication, poor paperwork processing led to harassing collections calls from banks, and now a title suspension notice. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
These guys were pretty straightforward, gave us the best quote right out of the gate.
The only reason I am not giving 5 Stars is that would convey perfection and nothing is perfect - although Passport Mazda is close. Since switching from Greenway Mazda, I have felt so at ease. I have not worried once about being taken advantage of because of my gender. Everyone is professional. Everyone is so nice. I always receive excellent service from Juli and I always request her and the team when I make my appointment.
