The only plus of this hotel is its proximity to Niagara Falls. There are many minuses of this hotel. But the biggest minus is the very unpleasant smell of mold in the rooms. It is unsafe for children and people, especially with respiratory diseases, to stay in the room. This is the worst experience of staying in a hotel with my family.
Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The main issue was the mold in the room, especially in the bathroom. The smell was noticeable as soon as I walked in, and there were visible black spots on the walls and ceiling. This is not only unpleasant but also a serious health concern. Hallo Leute, also die Lage ist tatsächlich nicht so schlecht. Das Gebäude und die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen. In dem Zimmer roch es nach Schimmel und eine Matratze war durchgelegen. Es war auch sehr eng im Zimmer. Optik ist relativ aber wir sind 2h nach dem wir eingezogen wieder ausgezogen. Natürlich war die Kohle weg. Haben versucht über Booking.com das Geld zumindest teilweise wieder zu bekommen. Die Managerin lehnte das anliegen ab.
