Please quit advertising that this a "free" health insurance. It is NOT "free". Taxpayers are paying for this health insurance along with Medicaid and Medicare.
Did not pay a hospital bill that should have been paid, was told it would be paid so I am glad that your company dropped me. Did not meet any kind of expectation of an insurance company I will ever use again.
I would like to thank a Customer Service Representative by the name of GEORGE. He was very caring and empathetic to my situation and encouraged me to seek out the help I desparately needed. If it wasn't for his help I don't know how much longer I could have endured the torture and pain. Thank you to Passport for being there :)
