Passport is not paying any of my claims. When my billing company has called numerous times, they say they have a new system and the claims should be paid. I've never had this problem before. I also moved my office and it took them 5 months to change my address. 2 months to add the Suite number after having the right street address even though the Suite number was on all the change of address forms correct from the start. My husband has suffered scoliosis, degenerative disk and extreme "S" curvature of his back which caused severe pain for 21+ years and it was crippling him due to nerve loss. Tish (our APRN) sent us to a neurosurgeon - her Dad's neurosurgeon! Well, it took referral from this guy to another top notch neurosurgeon to another top top notch Neurosurgeon (Dr. Scott, Lexington, KY). My husband has experience at least 75% improvement in pain. These people are really nice, pretty good about being on time, and - well, a God-send.
I suffered for 15 years with my conditions. Since I've been at Intensive Health my quality of life has improved. I am so thankful for this doctors office. They are so kind and go above and beyond. I couldn't ask for better care. Thank you for all that you do. You are a true blessing!
U can't even get intouch with them u til Monday. That is crazy. I need to talk to them now for to Check on my insurance.
you would think after the data breach They would have better customer service, the other day I called and was given a number to call, I called the internal I.T. Department, when that person transferred me I was hung up on. Today my credit card company called them trying to help me and they were hung up on 3 times.
The very first time i got a letter from Molina telling me i needed to get a prior approval before getting my cholesterol and bloodwork test. Really?????? Pre-approval for bloodwork. What a piece of crap company.
