I would of recommended this place a year ago. But there is no way now I would. My meds aren't ever called in when they are supposed to be. I'm always waiting forever at appointments now. I stopped seeing the counselor long ago when I shared some serious issues I was having and she acted like it was nothing. Now I don't know what is going on. They just dont seem to care at all anymore about patients. Plus CLEAN the waiting room for Pete's sake. Its a Dr office and the chairs are never wiped off or cleaned. GROSS!

Doesn't allow people to go to urgent care without physician referral or you have to wait until 4:00 PM to go. Suffered almost a whole day with sinusitis, bronchitis, and laryngitis. Another time I had to pay $187 out of pocket for an x-ray because I wasn't referred by a physician. I refuse to go to ER over something minor like that. I knew I had probably sprained my ank like but because it's a weak ankle I wanted to make sure. I wasn't going to wait all weekend to see a doctor on Monday. Ridiculous.

Three times now I’ve went to pick up prescriptions and the pharmacy has told me it’ll be full price because my insurance coverage has been terminated. After calling passport (which usually isn’t until the next day bc their phone line only stays open till 7 and I work nights and sleep all day) and being on the phone with them forever each time, I find out it’s a glitch, and I have to wait for them to resolve it, and call me back, then call the pharmacy and have them rebill my prescriptions. This is really frustrating! Will ... read more

I’ve had an absolutely wonderful experience with Passport Insurance. I was easily able to find a primary care who accepted this plan, and when referred for testing or specialist there’s never been an issue. When I was originally unsure who to see they mailed me a list of dental and general practitioners who accepted passport. You can receive gift cards for doing things such as your annual physical or dental exams every 6 months. The one time I’ve had hiccup and the name brand medicine I needed which wasn’t covered it took a ... read more

I have several serious medical conditions that are expensive to treat, and I really wouldn't know what to do if I didn't have Passport. I'd never be able to afford the medications, let alone the rest of the medical bills, and I feel very fortunate that these people are there to help me. From the 24 hour nurse helpline, to the monthly calls just to make sure I'm ok, I couldn't ask for a better insurance company than the one I now have!
