The very worst insurance company ever! I work in a skilled facility and have a patient that is in no way ready to be discharged and Molina, without notice on a Friday evening at 5 pm , cut him! Meaning he no longer has insurance coverage! This patient has had a severe stroke and cannot be release yet. Sooo , we appealed, no response! Then the patient’s doctor was supposed to do a peer to peer review. Molina was supposed to call between 10am and 2pm and speak with the doctor and of-course they didn’t call!! Worst insurance company for customer service! I was supposed to get a gift card as an incentive for a well child care visit in September. Well they sent it to the wrong address twice. But everything else I get from them comes to my address. Now they refuse to reissue the gift card because their mistake. I did Everything I was supposed to and still got no satisfaction!.
so I have been going to the center for roughly 6 weeks now, and the last two times I have taken a urine screen the results have been positive and as god as my witness on my dead sisters grave I have not done ANY drugs what so ever...today I go into the office as normal and was informed that my urine screen had tested positive amphetamine and opiates. The FIND A DOCTOR function on their website is totally useless. On my latest search if came up with thirty-three separate results -- all for exactly the same provider -- and, of course, all NOT taking new patients. Fat lot of good those listings do!
The worst company to participate with from a provider standpoint. Manuals do not provide accurate information, claims are not paid in a timely fashion or within the guidelines set forth by KY state law. New processing system issues still used as an excuse for claims processing issues. Providers are required to have policies in place for unforeseen events this company should also have a policy in place for such events, which in this case would be other means of processing claims in the event their “new” system has issues. Spent over 90 minutes on the phone trying to check on the status of a claim. If this were a private company, they would pay such severe penalties for not meeting their metrics that they'd lose the contract after the first quarter. And the messages on the IVR turn off and on at random, leaving me to wonder if someone hasn't put me on mute and then bumped me on to the next representative.
