Never had a problem with anything! The new $1 and $3 copays are the only thing I’ve ever had to pay. Everything else has been covered.

My experience sucks !!!!!! It never fails everytime I go pick up our medicine SOMEHOW ANOTHER INSURANCE KEEPS POPPING UP ON OUR FILES MAKING HARD TO GET THE MEDICINE NEEDED. Not to mention we have yet to receive our MEDICAL CARDS ITS BEEN ALMOST A YEAR NOW . We will not be coming back to you guys at all .

Doesn't allow people to go to urgent care without physician referral or you have to wait until 4:00 PM to go. Suffered almost a whole day with sinusitis, bronchitis, and laryngitis. Another time I had to pay $187 out of pocket for an x-ray because I wasn't referred by a physician. I refuse to go to ER over something minor like that. I knew I had probably sprained my ank like but because it's a weak ankle I wanted to make sure. I wasn't going to wait all weekend to see a doctor on Monday. Ridiculous.

premiuem is very low cost, at 1$dr office vists are 3$ prescriptions are 1$.

Three times now I’ve went to pick up prescriptions and the pharmacy has told me it’ll be full price because my insurance coverage has been terminated. After calling passport (which usually isn’t until the next day bc their phone line only stays open till 7 and I work nights and sleep all day) and being on the phone with them forever each time, I find out it’s a glitch, and I have to wait for them to resolve it, and call me back, then call the pharmacy and have them rebill my prescriptions. I’ve had an absolutely wonderful experience with Passport Insurance. I was easily able to find a primary care who accepted this plan, and when referred for testing or specialist there’s never been an issue. When I was originally unsure who to see they mailed me a list of dental and general practitioners who accepted passport. You can receive gift cards for doing things such as your annual physical or dental exams every 6 months.
