Had my taxes for over 2 weeks. Then still just barely called us to come sign them the day they where due. I already had all the paperwork together in a file folder for them they didn't have to track down any thing. I still have not gotten my tax returns for the year and everytime I call they either don't answer or walk around the bush as to why I don't have it. My wife and I filed taxes for 2022 with “ Zack Pasesk,” at PRP. She went into PRP last month (April 2024) to pick up our return file so we could file our 2023 taxes. Upon request, she was asked to digitally sign for taxes… we received a notice on Friday (Mar 8th 2024) from the IRS stating that we had not filed for 2022, and that we were being charged monthly interest.
