Pasco Tire is easily the best retail store in the Tri Cities. We have suffered through horrible service and untrained labor all over these three cities. I’m talking everything from grocery stores to auto dealers to restaurants. Pasco Tire stands way above them all. We always are thrilled with the professionalism and getting answers to our questions.

Wow! What can I say... On our way from Portland to Red Lodge Montana, our 30' motor home had a rear tire blow out. Didn't even feel it.. luckily a passing motorist flagged us and pantomimed a "tire explosion." We pulled over in Lind, WA a little after 6:15pm... wouldn't you know it... ALL the tire shops from Tri-Cities to Spokane were all closed for the night and NONE of them were open the following day. My husband got 4 new tires for his truck in October and yesterday I had 4 new tires and brakes installed on my Mazda. I find this business very friendly and helpful . In the past Tire Factory has supported our Cystic Fibrosis fundraising campaign for our son , Nathan & Team Nathan. We hope we can count on them again !
