I was looking for a new doctor so I scheduled my daughters well child check appointment here and the day of my appointment I checked in, signed paperwork and waited to be called and when I was called in by Dr. Darvin’s nurse assistant she told me that I could not be changing doctor & that my appointment was cancelled right then and there also, that Dr. Darvin was not receiving new patients, if that was the case then why did you guys schedule me an appointment, what a waste of time. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
Worst clinic of all begining with reception rude and malicious not good customer service and dr assistance Angelica they are the ones takes decisions over the dr now they fail giving treatment to patients not good health care ok be injured and time ant transport they don't care and not human care why my lord this clinic are open receptionist Grace rude and mean at the same time
How de hornell is a doctor beats me un proffesional rude doesnt care about patients laughs at you when you ask questions treats you like your trash only whent here cause thag was fastest could get me in run far and fast rude doctor ot worrh it
This clinic has great providers. Dr. Brady has been a wonderful pediatrician for my children all of their lives, however, I don’t know if the providers are aware of the inappropriate attitudes and rudeness demonstrated by some of the surrounding staff. The pediatrics floor has medical assistants and student medical assistants that are not only unwelcoming but also lack appropriate communication with parents.
