2/21/26 The billing department has continued to charge me 2 additional payments after I’ve already paid in full. I’ve called twice to try to get it resolved but still no refunds have been issued.

At first I put 5 stars because I was being watched while being discharged but to be honest, this place didn’t help my mental health at all. It just felt like I was in school and was taught no skills on how to actually help my deep rooted issues. It didn’t help with disregarding bigger issues such as talking about specific trauma because it was “too triggering for others.” You can’t actually get the work done if you aren’t doing the hard stuff first.
