I had my first ever root canal at the ripe young age of 24 going-on 25 soon. Often times, unless you enjoy getting them on a regular basis, a root canal is not a medical procedure anyone looks forward to. I wasn't nervous about the pain, there was none since you're numbed up rather well. It was the noise of the drill, a high RPM drill with the water flow doesn't sound very pleasant The procedure went fine and Dr. K kept me amused with a few stories and explained what she was going to do next. WOW! It was a very pleasant visit. I was very nervous as i've had really bad experiences with other dentist. But i must say that Pasadena family dentistry is amazing and i would definitely recommend this office to everyone. The staff is the "BEST".
Let me start off by saying that I had not been to a dentist for many years. Yet I took very good care of my teeth - the best I could in fact. Unfortunately, bad things do occur. Even as an adult, I still had a strange perception of the modern dentist. My last one was a boisterous man who was very strict with his employees, yet despite that, he cared for his patients. My dental visit is always a wonderful experience -- even if it is a root canal! This office offers you a personal touch and Dr. K is always so attentive in her service and explanation of treatment... Edwin, the office manager is pretty awesome too, as are the other staff members!
